How to Wash Your Hair?

Depending on your hair condition you should wash it at least twice a week. But this varies form person to person . Sometimes you will need to your hair 3-4 times a week and for some people they may only need to wash their hair once every two weeks.

Now I want to tell you how to wash your hair.

1. Start with a rinse by warm water.

Your hair should be totally wet before you add some shampoo, just like your laundry needs a rinse cycle before you add detergent.

 Using warm water is important, because the warm water will open the cuticles in your hair.

2. If you have long hair, condition first.
If you have hair beneath the shoulders, the ends of your hair need more conditioning to keep them strong.  Not only will this keep ends healthy, but also will fill any holes in the cuticle with moisture, making it smoother and boosting shine.

3.  Don’t rinse and repeat.

Although the instruction on the back shampoo bottle said you should repeat it, you are no need to wash your hair twice. Unless your hair is extremely dirty and the first shampoo didn’t produce a lather, in this case, go ahead and lather up one more time.When you wash your hair too often, you risk stripping it of its natural oils.This can lead to dry, brittle hair.

4. Add conditioner from the mid-lengths to the tips.

In order to let your hair absorb well,  put the condition stay on your hair longer.Don’t put conditioner at the roots of your hair; the natural oil from your scalp is more concentrated there.

5. Finish with a cold water rinse.
Cold water will shut the cuticle tight, sealing the shingle-like outer layer, which will cause it to reflect the most light and give off the most shine.
